Once you receive your pillow, we extend our satisfaction policy in such that we suggest you to try the pillow on your bed while still in it's bag without breaking the seal.
If you feel comfort and relaxation you have correctly selected the proper thickness. If on the other hand, you experience a pulling sensation in the neck area, it may be the wrong thickness for you. Call us.
